Novelty was selected by EPIC Group Bangladesh (EGMCL-1) to Supply, Install, Test & Commission Fire Detection System. The objective of this project was to prevent fire damage & provide Compliance Audit Support.
The design of this project has been followed the COD & Guidelines of NFPA-72, So client will be benefited to control their Hazardous area to find out the fire effected area with a minimum time & solve the problem quickly.
There is an Addressable Alarm System with smart programming sensors installed in this project, so they can find out the affected area with proper location & name from the control panel display. They also find the history of alarm from the system program. They also can control the panel by using Remote annunciator /Repeater panel installed inside of the Building, the product we installed (Simplex) is very high sensible and smart featured devices & the control Unit also high efficient & long life product so the system will not exist an operational failure.
The project was divided into thirteen steps and every steps were performed with highest precision and accuracy. The consecutive steps that were taken are:
- Pre-visit for collect data,
- Proposed Design,
- Business presentation,
- Finalized the BOQ & Product feature as per NFPA-72,
- Final Work order,
- Import the foreign Materials,
- Supply all the local & Consumable materials,
- Install all the products as per NFPA-72,
- Programming & Commissioning the System.
- Submit the as Built Design & Related all Documents.
- Trained the factory representative for operate & Maintenance the system
- Audit face
- Pass the installed system & design from Authorized Audit.
The raw materials were provided by Novelty Infrastructures Limited. The materials used in this project are Fire detection panel, Smoke Detector, Fire rated cable and Suppression System.
Since installation guideline of NFPA-72 there are all local & Consumable materials selected as per COD were followed this project is expected to provide eco-friendly and sustainable result.
