When Coats Bangladesh Ltd bought their new factory from S Alam Group, Coats appointed Novelty as their Civil Consultant for reviewing the proposed structural and Architectural drawings and designs of the new factory with the As-built Condition.
In addition, Novelty was appointed to conduct a Detailed Engineering Assessment of the newly constructed factory facility to make sure everything is alright structurally. Also Novelty worked on the Load plan and Design of the newly constructed internal link road between the new and the old factory.
