In pursuit of a developed nation, we promised to become a leading organization in the energy sector and embedded system by continuously upgrading our resources and technology. Develop a strong supporting team to implement any system with standardization for safety operation. Establish a robust research arena as an element for continuous development and build up an optimized power generation sector design. We are pleased with our tradition of researching innovative ways and a conventional method for our clients to implement sustainable solutions in terms of both safety issues and business outcomes.
Intekhab Alam is the Founder and Managing Director of the Novelty. He studied Electrical Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology. Over the years, he has worked in many famous organizations. After a while, he decided to leave everything, and accompanied by Raihan Rakib; the two friends started the novelty Engineering Corporation. More than five years have passed since then. Within this short period, they have gained a reputation as an engineering service provider in the engineering sector. His organization has provided services to more than 200 organizations. The company, which was started empty-handed, is now expanding its business beyond the country.
At first, it took us almost two years to survive. And after passing that time, we confirmed our values. In this continuity, we also set our goals. We divided our plans into separate parts. There were three parts:

So far, we have been able to implement the short term plan successfully.
Our Mid-Term and Long term strategic preparations yet to be implemented. Keeping our mission in mind, we have divided our future goals our plans into seven sectors. These are-

Of these seven sectors, work is in full swing in 'Engineering,' and work has started in 'Energy and Environment.' Work will soon begin in the remaining sectors in phases.
